You can browse the site and contact us freely. Please don’t misuse it: no automated spam through the form, no attempts to break in, and no copying the site’s design or content to pass it off as your own.
02Quotes and proposals
Ballpark figures we share by email or WhatsApp are estimates. Work, price, timeline and payment terms are only fixed once we both agree to a written proposal or agreement.
Prices are in Kuwaiti dinars (KWD) unless we say otherwise.
03Templates
Template prices on this site are one-time prices in KWD for setting the template up with your brand, content and domain. Exactly what’s included is confirmed in writing before we start.
Each template purchase covers one business and one website. You may not resell, redistribute or offer the template itself as a product.
Live previews show the template with sample content. Your version will use your own content and images.
04CV orders
CV packages are paid in full at checkout through Tap Payments. Each package lists its delivery time and the number of revisions included; delivery time starts once we have everything we need from you.
We write your CV from the information you give us, so please check it carefully. You’re responsible for the accuracy of what it says about you.
If you change your mind before we start working on your order, contact us and we’ll refund you in full. Once work has started, we’ll fix anything that falls short within your included revisions.
05Ownership
The RetainrWorks name, logo, site design and content belong to RetainrWorks. Ownership of custom work we build for you is set out in that project’s agreement.
06Other sites
We link to client sites, template demos and services like WhatsApp and Instagram. We aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
07Liability
We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, RetainrWorks isn’t liable for indirect losses arising from using it.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction over any dispute.
