01What we collect
When you send the “Start a project” form we receive your name, email, phone number, company (if you give one), the service, timeline and budget range you pick, your project details, and the language you used. If you came from a template, we also record which template.
When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive whatever you send us there.
When you order a CV, we also receive your target role, the CV language you pick, any notes, and the CV file you upload. We keep these files private: only our team can open them, and your finished CV is only available through your personal order link.
Payments are handled by Tap Payments on their own secure page. We never see or store your card number; we only receive the payment status and a reference from Tap.
Like any website, our servers receive technical data such as your IP address and browser type. We use it to keep the site running and to stop abuse, for example by limiting repeated form submissions.
02How we use it
We use your enquiry only to reply to you, prepare a quote or proposal, and deliver the work if we agree to go ahead. We do not sell your data and we do not add you to marketing lists.
05How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to work with you and to keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
06Your choices
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them. Email hello@retainr.tech and we’ll reply within a few business days.
